Surf Inn
Cannonball
Cannonball is a three bedroom, three-bath villa, complete with a cedar shake roof and colorful shutters that are reminiscent of the authentic and historical craft of Hope Town. Southport
Southport is a customized three bedroom, three-bath villa with a spacious and beautiful porch, large living room, and an open-plan kitchen and dining area that is perfect for entertaining guests and family. We have two king bed suites and one bunk bed, queen with twin above and twin trundle. Featuring modern tropical decor incorporated with perfect historic Bahamian details and beautiful views throughout, this villa features bright colors that are a tribute to Bahama’s colorful towns as well as a private plunge pool to keep you cool while being totally secluded.
Lazy Dayz
Sunset Point’s largest and most spacious property, Lazy Dayz is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath professionally decorated Bahamian style villa. Each of the 4 bedrooms have King beds and en-suite bathrooms, with the 3rd floor bedroom also having trundle beds making for a perfect family suite. The villa also has a large, well thought out fully equipped kitchen any cooking enthusiast would love. The villa offers a full wraparound outdoor terrace, dining area and plunge pool, all surrounded by the most spectacular water and sunset views overlooking the Sea of Abaco. The 60’ private dock has two (2) water and electric stations allowing for families with multiple boats.

Incognito is a charming and private villa featuring one bedroom and 1.5 baths, a shared sun porch/deck, and a cozy kitchen and dining space. It offers many charming Bahamian details and is perfect for the solo traveler or couple looking for respite or romance, as it’s on the end of our peninsula and offers maximum privacy.

Located on the calm waters of the south western point, the villa, pool, decks and dock all offer breathtaking views of the sea. Accommodating 7 people, it is a perfect retreat for families or groups of friends traveling together.

Dolphin’s Playground is perfect for those traveling with friends, lots of little ones, or with more than one family. This three-bedroom, three-bath villa features two primary bedrooms with a king bed in each, and a bedorom with two twin bunk beds for the little ones. Up to eight people can comfortably sleep in this villa, and it comes with a spectacular private 50-foot dock for gorgeous views of the Sea of Abaco.
